Foundations of Autism: From Understanding to Classroom Practice — 30-Hour Certificate Course, Starts 22 August 2026
A two-month intensive course for pre-primary and primary school teachers on understanding autism and supporting autistic learners in the classroom. Saturdays only, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, starting Saturday 22 August 2026 (२०८३ भदौ ६). 30 contact hours across five modules — child development, observation and profiling, IEP, positive behaviour support, and teaching strategies. On 24 July 2026, Smart Minds brought together the principals and leaders of our School Mentoring Project (SMP) member schools for a warm Meet & Greet evening — reflecting together on how to cultivate a reading culture in Nepal, its challenges and solutions, over dialogue, networking, and dinner. Co-sponsored by Bookland Nepal, with guest speakers from Machhapuchchhre IB World School, Triyog High School, and Bookland Nepal.

Smart Minds successfully installed a 75-inch 4K Interactive Smart Board at Prerana Vidhyashram, Harisiddhi (Lalitpur) — complete with stand, dedicated electrical line, Ethernet LAN, full testing & calibration, and a 3-year warranty. Teachers also received a live demo on wireless casting, annotation tools, science/math simulations, AI tools, and class recording. We don't sell Smart Boards — we deliver Smart Classrooms.

Smart Minds has signed a one-year School Mentoring Program (SMP) MoU with Future Stars Academy in Lubhu, Mahalaxmi-Lalitpur. The partnership covers teacher Continuous Professional Development (CPD), modern pedagogy & lesson-planning workshops, student-centered teaching methods, ESD integration in collaboration with EduGems Finland, regular classroom observation & feedback, school leadership mentoring, and student assessment improvements.
